Applying for SET (M) without working

Post by greatmen » Mon Apr 11, 2011 11:30 pm

Hello everyone, Please help !

I am due to apply for permanent leave to remain SET (m) after 2 years on the FLR (M)
Myself and partner (British) are both in full time education with involves placements and therefore do not work.
On the form there is nothing about full time education to tick, can you please suggest what to do?
Do I get a break at uni to get a job or what do you suggest ? I do not want it to seem like I will need public funds and be denied. I presently do not receive any benefit but my wife does for our son ( child benefit ). Please help.

P.S I get help from family but it says I have to show how, they just send to my bank but not on specific dates or anything like that.

Thank you
