thanks cino but i think you have not proper information about that.ANY LEGAL STAY COUNT anyway thnx for keep helping me read 2.3 and i already asked from lawyer aswel.cino wrote:hi nazia sorry to say that you can't count them if you haven't had you'r spous visa the qualified period ... states that you have to be physically present in uk however there is discretion for that ... if you have spous visa you can count them and just put where you have been to because they need to know the past 5yrs addresses therefore you had to come as a visitor so they will not count it as residential qualifying period you can apply for citizenship in sep 2011 or after
