hi guyz
i have few qustions about flling the form

1) I am going to apply for BC on 27may i am married to british citizenship and from may to sept 2008 i wasnt ordinary resident of the uk neither domiciled i was here and france regularly visits, so wht addrss shoud i put from that period THE UK one or the FRANCE one.

2) i am not working since then i came here coz no job available so wht should i put there

3) if we send 9:00am delivery would they will accpet that time or liverpool homeoffice open 10:00 am. please suggest me is that ok thx.

hi nazia how are you ... question number2 if you married to a british national you don't need to be working question number3 the home office open's at 9 so therefor it shoulden't be a problem question number1 need more clarifications thanx

thanks cino for you reply i am fine thanks. yes i am looking forward to sombody reply to my question no. 1. Yes i am married to the british citizen but i was aking wht should put in that section and should i leave blank thnx.

you married to a british citizen so therefore no need to be working is not a problem at all even if you claim all the benefits you entitle by law

my Q1 was. i wasnt ordinary resident or domiciled in the uk it was just a visit to the uk but i am counting those days aswel to qualify period thats why i am sking what address should i put there coz my address was in france.

we are married but i didnt had my spouse visa untill septermber 2008 and thats why i was there and here i mean regular visit but i am counting those days as absent so i can cover my 3 year. i am just woundering about the address.

hi nazia sorry to say that you can't count them if you haven't had you'r spous visa the qualified period ... states that you have to be physically present in uk however there is discretion for that ... if you have spous visa you can count them and just put where you have been to because they need to know the past 5yrs addresses therefore you had to come as a visitor so they will not count it as residential qualifying period you can apply for citizenship in sep 2011 or after

Cino, John (moderator) has already advised on the application regarding time spent in the UK. Nazia, you need to wait for confirmation regarding your address during this period...I'm not qualified to advise you.

thanks cino but i think you have not proper information about that.ANY LEGAL STAY COUNT anyway thnx for keep helping me read 2.3 and i already asked from lawyer aswel.

1. Mention the address(es) you stayed at in the UK during the (3 years) qualifying residential period - irrespective of the "visa category" you were in the UK with during that period.
