"graduate level"... in which country?

Post by raccoon » Wed Aug 09, 2006 7:20 pm

[Note: I've edited this post to get rid of all my babbling that wasn't really relevent to the question]

If the requirements for a career are:

US: A bachelors' degree plus passing professional licensing tests at the state and federal level

UK: On-the-job training accompanied by college courses, passing a series of tests to get an NVQ level 3, and being listed with the overseeing body for the profession (but NOT requiring a university degree)

Is this likely to count for "graduate level" work experience?

(I know you can't give "official" advice here, but any advice/suggestions you have would be appreciated)
