Visa for the baby born in UK for parent on Work Permit (Old)

Hi there,

I'm presently on a Work Permit sponsored by my employer in November 2008 (Prior to the new System)
We had a baby boy born last month. I'm struggling to find required form and fees to apply for a visa. All I can find is a form for the Tier 2 PBS system. Is it the right one?
Can you please help me find the appropriate form?

But on top of the form it says, This form is for use outside the UK only. Does it still hold good when applying from within the UK??

Can you please confirm do I need to show any balances as required for other visa applications.
Also, the visa fee is not very clear if only dependent is applying. Can you please clarify that too..

Actually, there are no maintenance requirements for applications under 306. However, if applying under 197-199, then 197(iv) should be satisfied.

If applying alone, then I believe that it's subject to the Main Applicant's fees.
