Thats the issue, even though it may seem unnecessary, for a person in a situation of Job change chasing permanent roles, it holds relevence....I couldnt find any precendene of this in my google searches either..Lucapooka wrote:It's really up to you if you want to extend your leave (and you can do this at any time). However, it seems unnecessary if you already have leave that carries you to the five year threshold and will be scoring points to satisfy the ILR requirements.
