Work permit and entry clearance

Hi

My current WP is due to expire on the 19th September and my entry clearance at the same time.

I have any application in for ILR which will take approx 8-12 weeks, how will this effect my status?

Will this mean I am an overstayer?

Hopefully some can help!

You have not said that this is an application after five years residence but I will assume that it is. Your current leave will continue to be valid while the application is pending. Did your employer provide a letter saying that you were still required and would continue working?

Yes I am applying after 5year WP and yes I have an employer letter
