spouse accommodation

Post by rehan2 » Sat Sep 03, 2011 3:58 pm

i am applying for my husbands visa. i am working but currently live with my mother. i live with her rent free. what documents can i show to prove that we have enough room for my husband to come and live with us. my mother is happily willing to have us as long as we like. do i need any letter from the solicitor or any legal authority to show the size and availability of the rooms/house?
