3rd party Financial support?

Post by qureshi123 » Wed Aug 10, 2011 2:28 am

Hello all.
I would like to request your advice on my case please.

I am applying for settlement visa anytime this month insha Allah. I am currently on student visa and got married islamically in feb 2011 and just a week ago registered my marriage with the government. Me and my wife have been living together with her family, we both don't work and the house is owned by her mother and my brother in law supports us. So the question here is since we are being supported would this effect my application? 2nd what documents would I be asked by HO to support this financial support?

I would also like to mention I haven't been going to college for an year now as i was most of the time sick ( had asthma and skin problem) and i am from pakistan and my wife is British national.and I have passed the english language test from one of the approved college.
Any advice would highly be appreciated.

Thanks
