I spoke to college regarding this matter, informed that they are Part funded by LSC. However, I am not legally allowed to claim working permission, but what if I exemplify these two cases to UKBA + a letter from college regarding their funding status and then request to grant working permission?Greenie wrote:nothing - the rules say that you won't be given the right to work, and you haven't.Pooja1234 wrote:Yes, there are two class mates got permission to work in same course, applied for LTR after July 2011.Deviser wrote:Did you see anyone's visa i.e. BRP/Passport?

If that was the case then how come other students on the same course in your college got the permission?Pooja1234 wrote:I spoke to college regarding this matter, informed that they are Part funded by LSC. thanks
where are you studying? Have the students concerned given you permission to send their letters to UKBA higlighting the fact that they have been given the right to work and you haven't? If they have made a mistake in giving the other students the right to work, the likely result is that they will then lose the right to work.Deviser wrote:but what if I exemplify these two cases to UKBA + a letter from college regarding their funding status and then request to grant working permission?
You should do that so the situation will be clear.
Thanks everybody... what I am going to do is to send only the i.Name of students ii. their nationality iii and their Date of Birth only. I spoke to college they are not willing to give me any letter regarding their funding status, but they have been giving funding the proof is on the internet.Greenie wrote:where are you studying?
