photo on AN1 forms

Just wanted to check if the photo needs to be glued on to the AN1 form ?

Does the name need to be written on the back of the photo?

as per guide an1 - no meniton of writing the name on the back and also it asks for the photo to be stapled or clipped (no glue mentioned)

You should clip ur photos...dont use glue
