What about for an asylum seeker whose appeal right were exausted, never absconded, nochange of address, never received any removal direction or any documents that coud stop the clock. When would his temporary admission become invalid? If he is on temporary admission and leave is subsequently granted, would he qualify for the ten years rule in which part of the ten years was on the temporary admission?
