When would a temporary admission becomes invalid for an asylum seeker? Is it when all appeal exausted or when issued with removal direction?

Would some one please help? I know your clock stops when served with one of the IS papers or issued with removal direction. What about for an asylum seeker whose appeal right were exausted, never absconded, nochange of address, never received any removal direction or any documents that coud stop the clock. When would his temporary admission become invalid? If he is on temporary admission and leave is subsequently granted, would he qualify for the ten years rule in which part of the ten years was on the temporary admission?

I don't think an asylum seeker would qualify for 10 year rule. You could seek advice from a solicitor if you could get DLR based on article 8.
