Just found out that they changed the form for PBS Dependent visa. And have added few fields like:
K3. Is your relationship with the main applicant subsisting?
K7. Do you intend to live with the main applicant throughout your stay in the UK?
K8. Do you intend to stay in the UK beyond the period of leave that the main applicant has been granted
What would be the possible answer on above and specially K3 do we need to provide some sort of evidence here?
Many Thanks

K3. Is your relationship with the main applicant subsisting? Yes, otherwise you can't apply for the Tier 1 dependent Visa.
K7. Do you intend to live with the main applicant throughout your stay in the UK? Yes, No... and Why
K8. Yes, No and why?

What about K8? Yes, No and why?
These questions are confusing, it would be appreciated to get a reply. On these from a senior member.

These are closed questions that require a straightforward yes or no answer; it's as simple as that and is not asking for anything else. Any necessary evidence that supports the application is listed in another section of the application form.

Section and in addition to this, the PBS dependent policy guidance which lists the documents required. See also page 16 of the form.

On page 16 onwards it only states of producing bank statements showing funds for a consecutive 3 months period..
are there any other documents which should be included with the form?

I was looking at the applicatio form.
So by looking at the form do you thing we need to send any other document in response to this form as compared to the old application form?
Its just because adding the question for "subsisting relationship" made me curious that that are expecting some sort of extra evidence like photos evidence etc.
Being curious because my wife's entry clearence application was rejected once on subsisting relatinship grouds that was overturn and allowed in Appeal.
Many Thanks

Helpfully they have added these questions to the form but not added anything to the policy guidance - although it has always been the case that they can refuse applications (particularly for entry clearance, where the main applicatnt is already in the UK and the dependent is overseas) on the grounds that the relationship is not subsisting. You may wish to provide evidence that you are living together (e.g. bills/bank statements in joint names/ not in joint names but to same address), tenancy agreement etc.

Can someone also help on the answer for the below question?
Do you have any passport or travel document which contains a previous grant of leave or which you used when you last travelled to the UK?

sorry but I think the question is fairly clear - they are asking you to mention any previous passports you have (i.e. not your current passport which you have already mentioned), which contain any residence permits/visas and/or which you used most recently to enter the UK.
they are not interested in expired/previous passports that you haven't used to obtain a UK visa/residence permit/to travel to the UK.

if you have this many questions perhaps you should be seeking advice from an immigration solicitor or advisor on your application.
yes there is a difference, but you should not be receiving either - are you?
