Note that one of the provisions is:
Allowing the introduction of charging for non-asylum applications over and above the cost of processing to raise income from those who gain benefits from coming to the UK.
This is what Tnavnon and others had been talking about a while back. Does it mean they will raise fees as early as August 1st? What applications will go up the most and when?

Expected changes making it more challenging to acquire HSMP approval.
