My point is that when I'll apply from here I can use Premium service and have a passport within a week or two. From Poland it would take at last twice longer.
Then you can give permission for the application. You will be doing the IPS Fast Track Service so go to https://www.gov.uk/ips-regional-passport-office and find the office you'll be going to. Yes.
