Thanks sheraz i have i send every thing we possible could we are living together even before we got married, i send CSI proof of income, photos of us together before and during marriage, bank statements 6 months council tax payment, ISA account, letters in both of us names coming to our home address a letter from my dentist to prove when i sign up with them, rent books of lodgers that we have in our home, bills BT,Electricity bills, inland revenue payments, BASC life insurance with both of us names on it which we took out just after we got married so they can see its not because we are applying why we took it out, i will give it till this week if i hear nothing i will phone my MP to see if she can contact them on our behalf wow this is stressing i thought because they have my details already and they just got an application in before for me which they turn down i thought we would hear back from them quicker because they have my details and did all their checks before but they clearly dont care.
It is better to send relevant evidence to support your application than just every letter you receive in the post. Why do you think the HO care about your dentist?
You got rejected first time for insufficient evidence of your husband self-employment. Have you provided more evidence proving that? Or are you applying as self sufficient? Have you provide evidence to support that?
We apply as self sufficient and i think we provide enough evidence to prove it, Bank statements, money coming in, ISA account, CSI for both of us, inland Revenue taxes, Proof that he owns the house and paid the morgage off in full already which our income to support us comes from I think those are enough but its not what i think..
