Regarding ILR egibility

Hi,
I came to UK in Jun,2009 on Tier-2 ICT, recently I have changed my visa to Tier-2 general. Do I get elibility for ILR in next year may or it is not possibile as I have changed my visa from Tier-2 ICT to Tier-2 general. Please any one can let me know, if I get eligible when can i submit ILR application.

You may apply for ILR, if you satisfy 245HF.
