I have lost my BRP card. Can anyone tell me following thing

1. I understand my home office site that I have to apply new BRP(RC) card. My question is what will be the date of issue on new BRP?
2. Will there any effect on citizenship?
3. What is the total fee and timeline?

I have lost my BRP card. Can anyone tell me following thing

1. I understand my home office site that I have to apply new BRP(RC) card. My question is what will be the date of issue on new BRP? The date the new one is issued but will have no effect on the date of the original BRP and relevant qualifying criteria for next step.
2. Will there any effect on citizenship? No
3. What is the total fee and timeline? It is £37 and can take a couple of weeks to a couple of months

On BRP CARD there is a field called ' PLACE and DATE of ISSUE'

Let us assume my replacement BRP card will be issued after one month so new issue date will be 02-01-2014.

Please confirm if my understanding is correct.
