Most important Pleaseeee tell me processing time ???
What will you do if they refuse again on some other grounds ? you have any idea how much it costs for reapplying? overseas high commission are money making institutions for UKBA they refuse on most simple grounds.babylondoner wrote:Why not just reapply and provide the proof of communication?
EXACTLY!!shan101 wrote:Appeal would also cost the same as fresh application plus 6 to 8 months waiting time. Therefore better to re apply and submit the missing documents

I know appeal takes six to eight months and if some one is not ready to wait that long then he/she can opt for reapplying, but you do not need a lawyer to appeal a simple case like this one. You can't say that cost of reapplying and cost of appealing is same, many applicants even hire services of consultants to apply and many of us just do it by our selves.babylondoner wrote:He is not misleading him.MTZ510 wrote:Please check your facts, do not mislead people over here.shan101 wrote:Appeal would also cost the same as fresh application plus 6 to 8 months waiting time. If the OP is to appeal using a lawyer, he's gonna part away with at least £1,000. Some lawyers charge much, much higher.
I was refused in June and my hearing was original scheduled for April 2014. That's 9months waiting time.
By the time he's done with the appeal process, he would have barely 2yrs left in his visa which is going to be the same duration issued to his dependant.
Please read and understand the post before you misguide someone and make some ones life difficult. She stated (1) Only one reason of refusal which is "no evidence of communication".MTZ510 wrote:Please check your facts, do not mislead people over here.shan101 wrote:Appeal would also cost the same as fresh application plus 6 to 8 months waiting time. (2) She also stated the visa response was very quick which means she can get visa in few days after re submitting the evidence.
She is not asking for "how to prove relationship" but rather asking for proof of communication. Read the top of the thread again please. Also there is no need of submitting N.I.C when applying as dependent of Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa. Over seas HC are not money making institutions for UKBA, its the same UKBA every where in the world. its only because they are reducing net migration so its comparatively difficult to get visa from overseas.MTZ510 wrote:What will you do if they refuse again on some other grounds ? you have any idea how much it costs for reapplying? overseas high commission are money making institutions for UKBA they refuse on most simple grounds.babylondoner wrote:Why not just reapply and provide the proof of communication?
I would have appealed against the decision. i assume that the relevant documents (like marriage certificates, N.I.C and child registration etc etc ) were submitted to prove the relationship.
