Hi, Everyone!
quick question, I came to uk in 12-01-2004 on student visa until 30-04-2007 then exetended student visa till May 2008 then had PSW visa till May 2010 and got married with latvian citizen in March 2010 and I have got visa as Family Member of EEA National till Jun2016 and i am about to apply ILR on the basis of 10 years! which application form will be the right form for me to apply?????

Yes, Set(LR) is correct
