naturalisation and passport process

Hello All,

I received my ILR - on Jan end 2013 and my husband received his ILR in July end 2013. I would appreciate if I could get information with regards to my next steps, for naturalisation and passport CRITERIA and documentation required.

Hi- thanks for the link and I have gone through the link, I would like to ask your advice with regards to the following :

"An important requirement you should pay attention to is that you need to have been physically present in the UK at the beginning of the 3/5 years residence period i.e. the day the HO receives your application 3/5 years back. This is a pass/fail test and the HO has no discretion with this requirement. "--------I was first granted hsmp 5 years back on 8-2-10 but physically arrived in the UK on 10-3-10 and was granted ILR on 14-1-13 therefore, what exactly is my right date for naturalisation application?

Also, my husband who was on spouse visa got ILR on 30-7-2013 but has been on a spouse visa since 14/6/11 and came physically to UK after 3 days i.e; 18-6-11 therefore, what exactly would be his naturalisation application date?
