Query related to child benifit

Dear Experts,
I got my ILR in july 2013 and my wife and kids got ILR in august 2013 . I would like to claim child benefit. Could you please help with below queries.
31.) Did you arrive in the UK in the last three months.
Question: I went to india on holiday on 18th December 2013 and returned on 07th jan 2014 .
So , I need to say ‘YES’ to above question ?

34.) Are you subject to immigration control?
Question: I have got ILR in July 2013. So , the answer will be ‘NO’?

Requirement:
If any child in this claim was born outside the UK we also need to see their passport(s) or their travel documents used to enter the UK.
Question: I just need to send kid’s passport or passport and BRP ?

75.) Are you adopting or planning to adopt SHRIYA through a local authority, privately or abroad? Question: As I’m claiming benefit for my own child answer will be ‘NO’ ?

34.) Are you subject to immigration control?
Question: I have got ILR in July 2013. So , the answer will be ‘NO’? Correct

Requirement:
If any child in this claim was born outside the UK we also need to see their passport(s) or their travel documents used to enter the UK.
Question: I just need to send kid’s passport or passport and BRP ? Yes and probably birth certificate or they might ask for the birth certificate after you have submitted. I sent passport and birth certificate.

75.) Are you adopting or planning to adopt SHRIYA through a local authority, privately or abroad? Question: As I’m claiming benefit for my own child answer will be ‘NO’ ? Correct

Thanks a lot ! So , i just need to send passport and birth certificate ? BRP isn't required ?
