Gibraltar is a British Overseas Territory and United Kingdom immigration laws do not apply there. Well I don't suppose she will unless she's asked. But if they ask her whom is she travelling with and then ask her what her relationship is with that person, she'd be foolish to try to pretend that she wasn't his wife, surely.OL7MAX wrote:Why would she disclose her newly married status at re-entry?
