ILR Approved on 21-Jan-14 (Solihull PEO)

Hi All,
My ILR got approved on 21st Jan at solihull. This forum has been very helpful in answering all my questions.
I had an appointment at 10.00AM. Reached office by 9.40 submitted all docs to Admin (Not case worker). Called for Bio metrics by 10ish .We left the buliding at 11AM as we were asked to leave and come back by 12.30. Got a call by 12.17 asking to collect the paper work.
I'm a director of a limited company. My entry clearance date was 17-Feb-2009. Entered UK on 26-Feb -2009. Visa was extended in 2012. Expiry date was 17-Feb-2014. (Tier 1 Through out ). Applied under 90 days concession rule.
I submitted the below documents.
CO-HABITATION

Account letter to say pay slips are genuine.
profit/loss for 2013
contract letter
incorporation certificate.
VAT certificate.
corporation tax bill for last year.
Annual tax return for last year.

I have a question on Pay Slips and Dividend Vouchers, If you could clarify please? Did you get it signed and stamped by the accountant?

Dividend voucher was sealed and signed . Payslips were on a plain paper no seal/sign.

Are you getting the minimum salary and rest as dividends?
Are you paying any NI?

yes Min Sal and dividends. I'm paying NI.

Sorry, I am confused. If you are getting min. salary then why/how you are paying NI?

Congrats on your approval. Did you have to submit any documents going back to the last 5 years, like P60s or anything, cos i read on some posts some people submitting P60s for the last 5 years or HMRC letter.
