Thanks CR001. I have been living in the UK for almost 3 and a half years now and have been married for almost 2 of those years to a British citizen. Does the 3 years start from when i arrived in the uk, when i got married, or when i get ILR?CR001 wrote:ILR on Set(M) form, you can apply no sooner than 28 days before visa expires and can apply by post or in person at a PEO.
once you have been resident for exactly 3 years, you can apply for citizenship as spouse of BC if your spouse is a British Citizen.
