Hello Amber I have a question please...before I got my ILR I was an international full time student so I am exempted of paying council tax...I am living in a two bedroom flat with my cousin and my husband...before, me and my cousin were both paying council tax its both in our name but when I was exempted its only my cousin who is paying until now. Shall I also pay council tax because I already gained ILR since May 2012? please help...thank you.
