ILR please help

hi everyone am new on here i need help.

my wife is here on spouse visa 27 months valid from 27/03/2012 valid until 27/06/2014 she arrived in uk 10/05/2012 please can anyone tell me when can i apply for her ILR and which documents i need do i have to apply 28 days before 10/05/2012 or 28 days before the visa expires in this year may 10th it will be 2 years she been here please help

Spouse can apply no sooner than 28 days before she meets the 2 years residence requirement.

so that means i dont have to wait for june this year she arrived in uk 10/05/2012 so this means i can apply 28 days before that so gona apply in april what i was told by someone that i have to wait untill the visa expires which expirs in june this year once again thanks
