How early can a person with Visiting Student Visa go to the UK, before the beginning of the course?

it depends on the start date of your visa and the visa duration.

it is the visiting student visa for 6 months

you can only enter the uk from the date that your visais valid from, not before. ic your visais valid from 1april, you can only enter on or after that date.
