OMG! I don't know if only lucky people post here, or am I the unlucky one.
After they got my docs 2 weeks passed and I had to call them and hurry them up in order to get into the interview, it feels like they completely forgot to process my docs.

During the interview, I've mentioned that in the past I've used my husband's surname even though I haven't changed my surname on passport (however, since we've separated 2 years ago I haven't used his surname) and they created buzz out of it, and asked me to send more documents confirming I am not using his surname any more.

Ok, I did it, then it took another week or so to accept my docs and print the passport. Now the funny part starts...

They've printed my passport last Wednesday and courier guys are still all around not delivering my docs, both the SUPPORTING DOCS and the BRITISH one.

DX Delivery keeps deceiving me saying we came and you were not home, bullshit. 4 days I am already locked inside the house, cannot sneeze, cannot take shower not to miss the package, cannot move or go to shop and waiting and waiting, and they keep sending me messages that we were there and nobody was home. OMG! I cannot believe this! I can now hear even a bird flying by my door and it is already ONE week they still didn't deliver my packages.

Also, they want me to show some kind a proof or ID that these packages belong to me, but my BOTH passports and all supporting docs are in these packages. How can I prove it. People who applied after me, all received their passports by now, and it is been one month I still didn't get both my passports. I am really frustrated with the Passport office and their delivery courier choice, the DX DELIVERY guys are just a BIG JOKE!
