So happy to finally get my decision at the 6-month mark after submission. I had already issued a SAR and emailed Further Nationality Enquiries at the 5.5 month mark. Don't know if that made a difference, but so relieved anyway. Good luck to all still waiting. It will come!highgatewood wrote: ↑Mon Jul 15, 2024 5:35 pmApplication Timeline

Notes: Really hoping that I would have the decision by now as mine seems to be a straightforward case. Yet here I am still waiting! Won't escalate until the 6 month mark.
I updated my application. I believe I initially would have been approved on the 7 week mark when lots were approved. But I needed to provide more information on an old CCJ and it took them a further 3 weeks to send the approval email. It took 2 months and 13 days after my biometrics is way quicker than I would have imagined. I realised they approve on Mondays only so been waiting every Monday for an email. Then today when I completely forgot about it I received the email from Atlas at 9:26am.mollybird wrote: ↑Mon May 27, 2024 1:22 amEligibility: 19 years. Started as British Spouse. Date of approval: 5 Aug 2024
Date of Ceremony: 14 Aug 2024
Note:
I made a silly typo in one of the absent from UK dates, as a result, it showed 4000 days of absence on my application form. I realised this after the biometric was done. Later on, I sent an email to FurtherNationalityEnquiries@homeoffice.gov.uk to clarify the mistake. I'm not sure this made any difference at all.
My application was approved exactly in 6 weeks from biometric![]()
Good luck everyone.

Haven’t had any absences from the UK in the 3 years qualifying period. Emailed Home Office on the 15th of July requesting an update, received a standard auto-reply response.
Very excited to see this journey conclude in such a nice way! At the time of writing, my ceremony has been successful and I am now awaiting for the arrival of my passport.osyousfi wrote: ↑Sat Jun 15, 2024 3:04 amApplication timeline
