After I enquired about my application, NationalitySupportTeamFMT@homeoffice.gov.uk finally replied that my application is granted and I will receive a communication within 21 days (on 21/06/2019). I was told that application was "granted" on 06/06/2019 but "due to administrative error" it was not sent out. Basically, my email triggered sending out of the letter.
Oddly, I received an email (28/06/2019) rather than letter ceremony invitation from Home Office, asking me to contact local council to arrange ceremony which I did same day. Email was like a copy pasted letter which was dated 20/06/2019.

Received email from Home Office requesting new B1 certificate as my previous is older than 2 years. Booked an exam with trinity college last week received the certificate, scanned and emailed to my case worker, did ask for confirmation of receipt today and update date, was advised by case worker decision on application within the next 2 weeks.

Waiting, very stress 9 month, hope it its over soon.
