Dear Goldenuk Congratulations....goldenuk wrote: ↑Wed Jan 03, 2018 6:45 pmHiii all ,
I want to share A GOOD NEWS here . My PEO appointment for 10 year ILR FROM entrepreneur has been approved today . Big relief .
Appoinmner was at 8 clock in the morning , got positive outcome by 12 clock .
I want to give special thanks to CR001 , focus and Raheel . I was just gathering information from this forum , have not used any solicitor.
Case worker asked for all the documents related to business . So guys , if you are going for PEO service make sure , you are taking all the documents related to business . I was called by caseworker 6 times to clarify and asking documents . Finally I got it . Thanks all once again . Do we get all the documents back ? They gave me my passport and 2 approval letters . But when I reached home

Can you please give more details:
Where were your appointment? You applied after successful Tier 1 extension?
What documents case worker asked during 6 time?
My tier 1 extension application is still in process and my 10 years completed. My all documents are with home office. What documents you recommend, I should take with me?
I shall be thankful for your kind reply.

I recently read on this Forum that people who had recent salary increases before their application had their applications deferred. I had an increase a month before my application which put me on the £35000 threshold. So that had me massively worried.
However my application was approved which was a massive relief.
Anyways thanks once again everyone!
Hi, my previous salary was £32000 and it was bumped up to £35000 as part of my annual increase. I have the same worry. How much of an increase did you get? And did the increase bumped your salary to an exact £35000 figure?
