My ILR application timeline is as follows:

Route: 5 year Tier1 Entrepreneur (£200K)

13 August: Standard application for ILR submitted online, fees paid, appointment booked.
14 - 16 August: Supporting documents uploaded through Sopra Steria.
17 August: Biometric Enrolment at Croydon office.
28 October: ILR approval email received.
30 October: BRP card received.

It took almost 2.5 months to be processed which was pretty quick!
