Hi All I need some help regarding my Family Visa
I am on Tier 1 and will get my ilr soon (hopefully).
My Wife came to UK in August 2010 then we had Twins in April 2011 but because of twins she had to go back Home with our babies Last year in October 2011. and her Visa has been expired in March this year and Babies were Born in UK so they didn't have any Visa.

My Questions are what is the procedure for applying their Visas ? are they going to be on dependent visa or after My ilr I can apply for my Babies permanent stay ? and is there any Maintenance requirements for all of them ?

After you're granted ILR:
Your wife may apply for a spouse visa.
Your UK-born babies are entitled to register for British citizenships via the British Embaasy, Consular section. Subsequently, they may apply for British passports.
