28 days issue

Hi i was refused ilr due to long absences hence time was reset.
Iam due for ilr in couple of weeks.
Does 28 days rule apply to my case aswell.
please reply.

Note that 'time was reset' usually means time starting all over again from zero, from when it was reset.

Applying for ILR 28 days before the completion of qualifying period is still possible.
