Requirement for ILR for Tier 1 Dependent

Post by toseef81 » Wed May 23, 2012 12:19 am

Hi
A question about ILR requirement for Tier 1 Dependent

My ILR is due on 03/08/2012. My wife was granted Tier 1 dependent visa on the same day (27/07/2007) when I was granted Tier 1 visa. My wife has been on Tier 1 Dependent visa since then. My wife has been living abroad at different intervals for quite long period. However, she has lived in the UK for more than 2 years as my dependent. The duration of 2 year is not consecutive and is spread across over the 5 years.

So I would like to know that, what is the requirement for Tier 1 Dependent to be eligible for ILR ? Is it any 2 years as dependent or 2 years consecutive just before the visa application?
Will she be eligible for ILR at the same time as of mine is due?
I will be grateful, if someone can share the knowledge and give me some links for reference.
Thanks

"Continuous" is not referred to in 319E.

Hi,

Could anyone please let me know about the following .

My ILR is due by November 2014 ( i am the main applicant ), i need to know that my wife can also apply with me. She is on
Tier1 dependant visa since from Nov 2009. Altogether since from then she has spent more than 2 years in UK but those 2 years
were not continuous.

Please let me know if some have got the ILR for their dependants with the similar condition.
