Accommodation details for Family Visitor

Post by VinayBondade » Wed Jul 04, 2012 6:39 pm

Hello,

Currently I'm on Tier-1 visa and I'm planning to invite my parents for some time. For sponsoring Family Visitors(Father & Mother), accommodation details for their stay is necessary - I do not have a rental agreement, but the owner is ready to provide me a NOC for my parents visit and utility bills which are in his name. The reason I'm not having rental agreement is the owner is good friend of mine and we are two families sharing this 4bhk house.

My question is rental agreement required? or will it be OK to provide the owner's NOC and utility bills that are in owners name..? Please advice.

Thanks,
Vinay

Retail agreement is not necessary.

Owner should provide proof of ownership, confirm that accommodation will adequate and consent to parents staying.

Vinny, thank you very much for information. When you say proof of ownership, does this has to be house sale/registration papers or just utility bills in owners name should be enough?

Thanks,
Vinay
