ILR Short of 5 Months

I got my EC on 11 Dec 2007 and entered UK by 18 May 2008. I'm short of around 5 months of 5 years for ILR. Is there any chance I can apply for ILR now? or should I renew my visa one more time and wait until mid of next year? Please advise.

Sorry, I initially got my HSMP stamped in Dec 2007 (2 years) and then got extension as Tier 1 (General) in Nov 2009 (3 years).

As you entered the UK after 3 months of EC, you will need to apply for a further extension of leave to remain before you qualify for ILR.

My child born last year in UK and applying for the first time as my dependant. In the new application please help me with the following details:

1. What should I fill in the Section H - About your BRP?
2. In Section K What should I select for:
K1; What is your current immigration status?
K5; Did you have a visa or entry clearance when you came to the UK? (ht)
K10; How did you enter the UK? (ht)

Overall Section K is confusing.

My apologies if I duplicating the questions in the forum. I tried searching but couldn't find any post related to this.

Thanks vinny, Sorry it was my fault. The questions are for my friend's application and not mine (apologies to have mentioned as my child).
