Hi,
I am on Tier 2 General visa. My current visa expired on 11 th Nov 2012. I have applied for extension on 16th Oct and waiting for Biometric letter. Could I continue in my job?

I have applied for Extension of Tier 2 General visa in Oct 2012. I am feeling little insecure after discussing with one of my friend regarding Maintenance.
I applied for my self, my wife, My elder son and twins. (5 altogether)
My twins born in the year 2011.
We got Tier 2 visa(My self, wife and elder son) in May 2010.Do we (3 person) have to show maintenance as stated ? Or as it is extension and showed proof in my previous application , I don't have to show.
I do know that I have to show funds for my twins but I am not sure about my self , my wife and my elder son.

Principal migrant - Read 145 (bullet 1).
Dependant(s) - Read 51 and 52.

Thanks for the direction.

I read it earlier as well and I understand it as I don't have to show maintenance as Tier 2 Migrant apply for the extension including my wife and child.
