CHECKING SERVICE FORM SET O

I am a Work Permit Holder. Applying for My ILR next year. I would be much obliged if a member be kind enough to let me know,which Local Authority( In London) does the Checking Service for Form SET O. As I intend booking for a PEO Appointment.

Why would you need to use the Checking Service if you are applying at a PEO in person?? Besides, it is only available for Set(M) postal applications.
