ILR enquiries

Hi,

My ILR is due in couple of months. I'm on FLR(M) visa at present. I've a question.

My wife and myself are renting a shared 3 bed room house. All the utility bills and council tax is on our Landlord name. So we can't provide any of these documents for my ILR. All we've are Joint bank statements, credit card bills, Bank st., salary slips, mobile contract bills, medical cards, driving license. I'm just worrying are these proof of address are enough or do I need to arrange more proof as I really can't of anything else.

Please suggest me what should i do in this situations?

I believed you ive to just provide 5 years address history and how many time you went out outside uk during five years.Council tax and utility bills not required on your name as you rented this house make sure put rent aggrement and joint bank account details adress is sufficient.

The documents you have listed should be sufficient. You should also ask your landlord for a letter confirming your accommodation and that the bills are in his name etc. if you do not have any sort of tenancy agreement.

Thanks for the reply. Yes we've tenancy agreement but still i will ask him to give us a letter stating all utillity bills are in his name.
