What are you talking about? It doesn't ask for birth certificate or school leaving certificate for the sponsor!! It only asks for evidence of your age and obviously a Passport will suffice!

http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/visas ... documents/

You must send:

2 recent passport photographs and your passport - see the Photographs and passport page
evidence of your age and your partner's age
your marriage or civil partnership certificate
evidence that you were both free to marry or enter your civil partnership, if either of you was previously married or in a civil partnership
evidence that you have met
evidence of your English language ability - see the English language page
evidence that you meet the financial requirement.

Please can you keep your queries to a single post rather than flooding the forum with new queries/posts/topics on the same application.

CR001 if I were you I would refrain from replying to any of this person's threads until he gets the fact that he should not be opening a new thread for each and every question he has thus flooding the forum with his posts.

Thanks Greenie, that is exactly what I am going to do after seeing 3 new threads this evening! I hope that others refrain too!
