PEO appointments for ILR can be booked more than 42 days

Hi everyone,

I will be applying for an ILR in May this year (28 days before my Tier1 expiry). I logged in to the UKBA appointment portal this afternoon to just to check how soon can an appointment be booked for PEO. Looking at the dates it seems like the appointments can be booked now more than 42 days in advance which is different to the 42 day rule that I have been reading on some of the threads?

Would appreciate some clarity on this?

Have you tried to book the appointment that you can see more than 42 days in advance??

When I say dates, I was specifically referring to the page where it asks about your availability i.e. from and upto when, the later is definitely more than 42 days in future.
I did try with this however no appointments showed up, which is what I expected anyway.

it will show the future dates but you won't be able to book if it is more than 42 days in advance.

I hope you are successful when you do book and attend your appointment

In any case slots for beyond 42 days are not released, so there is no way you could book one that far into the future.
