FLR(M) unmarried partner

hello.
I wanted to know if anyone has had issues with their UKBA applicaton for unmarried partners visa, when providing evidence that you have been living together for 2 years or more. Made my application for unmarried partners before living together for the entire two yrs but we have been dating for 4yrs, and have evidence of this.

How long have you been living together?

Dating would not be considered. "living together in a relationship akin to marriage" which is one of the first requirements you have to meet for an unmarried partner visa and proof of this has to be submitted.

The Requirements seems very Clear.

Living together for 2 years.

Unlike under EU law, the nation law criteria is pretty strict.

The application will be refused as invalid. The 2 year co-habitation with documented evidence to support this is mandatory.

am still waiting for my application to be decided. as soon as a know the outcome i'll inform u guys. I choose to be optimistic but if its invalid, I might have to go down another visa routine.

if I was unsuccessful, can i re-apply as a Fiance(e) or proposed civil partner
