Post by sayam04 » Mon Jan 21, 2013 6:36 pm

I am on insolvency register since last two years due to on IVA (individual voluntary aggreemnet). This not a Bankruptcy but an indiviual aggreement between creditors and an indiviual.

Please have some comment as i am very confused that shall i mention IVA in naturalisation application and how this may affect :?: :?: :?: :?:

The link below will explain in Section 8 :

However, as an IVA is registered on the Insolvency Register, you must declare it because UKBA will probably check.

Much appreciated CR001 of your advice and i have checked the link. But it only covers Bankruptcy of 12 months where as IVA is always for 5 years and not considered as Bankruptcy.

This is where the confusion lies, on the other hand my name is on Insolvency register which covers Bankruptcy as well???
