Anyone know how to find family Scottish history?

Hello,

I was just wondering if anyone knew how to find family that descended from Scotland, I am trying to put together a family tree and have grand parents etc who are from Scotland.

Any help much appreciated.

www.findmypast.co.uk

They do charge a fee though if you want to view detailed information.

If you are in the UK, the National Archives in London is also good.

This site : www.gro.gov.uk is where you can order birth, death and marriage certificates.
