ILR after EEA

Post by clairez22 » Wed Jan 30, 2013 8:22 pm

Sorry not sure if this post should be in here or the EEA section, so put into both.

I need some advise on how the process now works and getting nowhere fast with the UKBA!

Me - UK british Citizen
Husband - Moroccan

Both living in spain for 4 years & married there

applied in spain for EEA family permit to come to live back in the UK

Been in the UK almost 3 years, and on 2nd EEA 1 permit.

I am a Uk citizen but we had to apply for EEA due to me bein resident in spain.

What I need to know is if we are able o apply for ILR having now been here 3 years, and if we can, do you apply for ILR before 3 years is up or not until 3years is compelted?

Thanks

your husband will have to complete 5 yearson eea permit as he is in uk under eu rules not uk immigration spouse rules.
