Post by rubina20102010 » Mon Feb 25, 2013 3:38 pm

Hi Guys,

I'm middle of filling PBS - Dependant form and I need help on below question.

N4; Do you intend to remain in the UK beyond the period of leave that your Spouse/Civil
Partner has or may be given?

YES/No

What should I select ?

Thanks,
Rubia

No. You are dependant of your spouse/civil partner. If the main applicant's visa expires, subsequently the dependant visa also. Until the main applicant extends his visa it will be overstaying.

Hi,

Can you assist on the below questions please:

N4; Do you intend to remain in the UK beyond the period of leave that your spouse has or may be given?

N5;Do you intend to live with them throughout your stay in the UK?

If you see N5 it is very similar to N3, not sure why this duplication?

N3; Do you intend to live with your spouse throughout your time in the uk?

Thank you
Rahmatullah
