Applying ILR for myself and my wife separately

Post by CD_April2013ILR » Tue Feb 26, 2013 6:43 pm

Dear,

I am planning to apply for ILR for myself and my wife separetely as she is pregnant and due date is 02nd april, 2013.

I am eligible to apply for ILR from 04th April, 2013 and as the fees is going to increase from 06th April, 2013 I am planning to apply on this date

Can anyone please answer my questions below

1) If I get ILR which application form should I use for my wife and born baby. Is it still going to be SET (O)?

2) What documents do I need to show when I apply for my wife and born baby? I am employee of my own limited company contracting. Do I need to show all the documents which I show when applying for my ILR. Or is it ok if I show just my last

12 months payslips,
12 months dividend vouchers,
12 months personnel bank statements,
accountant letter,
co-habitation documents,
marriage certificate,
wife ILR Test certificate
birth certificate of the baby,
passports

3) is it best to apply independently or everyone together as it is going to cost more after 06th April, 2013.

Can anyone please suggest as I am not getting appointments for 1 + 2 dependants.

Thank you
Best Regards

If baby is born in UK, why not skip ILR and apply for BC on MN1?
